starsHow Do YOU Score?

Happy Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month! The 10th Annual National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is this coming Wednesday, May 4th and we hope you will do whatever you can to support this fun and informative online event.

Beginning today and through the rest of May, teens nationwide will be able to visit StayTeen.org to participate in a number of online activities that deliver teen pregnancy prevention messages and challenge them to think carefully about what they might do "in the moment."

This year, we are offering the following activities:

national-day-quiz-120x80.jpg The National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy Quiz: Our popular online quiz returns with a new animated look for its tenth year! Available throughout May, teens can visit StayTeen.org to take our short, scenario-based National Day Quiz that challenges them to think carefully about what they would do in a number of risky sexual situations. Print versions of the quiz and discussion guides for teens and parents are also available in both English and Spanish. Take the quiz now and find out how you score.

myth-monsters-120x80.jpg Invasion of the Myth Monsters: Young people will also be able to play a new, online game--Invasion of the Myth Monsters--that challenges them to help prevent the spread of myths and untruths about sex, contraception, and pregnancy. Teens ages 13-19 can also enter into a drawing for a 32GB iPod Touch by completing the game (see contest page for details). Think you've got what it takes to fend off the Myth Monsters? Play it now and see.

Special thanks to all of our wonderful National Day partners and all of the individuals and organizations across the country who are planning National Day events for your support. Last year, a half-million teens participated in the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. With your help, we hope to reach even more teens this year. Remember, all of our National Day activities are available online throughout May, so it's not too late to help spread the word. Need some ideas? Visit the National Day section of our website. Stay tuned for more information in the coming days!
